Safeguarding is Everyone's Aim
At ESSU, safeguarding is about more than policies and procedures. It's about creating a culture where every participant feels safe, respected and supported, both on and off the firing point. Safeguarding means preventing harm, recognising concerns, and taking action when someone may be at risk of abuse, neglect or poor practice.
Safe People. Safe Sport. Shared Responsibility.
See It. Hear It. Report It.
Whether you are a shooter, parent, coach, volunteer, official or supporter, you have a role to play in protecting children, young people and adults within our sport. If something doesn't feel right, don't ignore it. Trust your instincts and speak up.
